5. Wait to receive the product

After the customer has notified payment, please wait for payment verification from the staff and the product will be delivered to the address specified by the customer in the system within 3 working days excluding public holidays. After that, the customer waits to track the registered parcel status. If the customer wants to know the parcel number, the customer can request via Line: @SOCKSY, Line of the company or check the status on your member.
